I think I can get pet portraits and products cheaper on Etsy or Amazon.  Why are your some of your prices higher?

My artwork, especially portraits, take a significant amount of time. The portraits I provide are. Each product is priced to account for the cost of the initial item, the artwork, and materials. 

Why don't you provide free shipping?

Sadly, I cannot provide the discounts that larger vendors can broker. Given that variance of product weights and sizes, it actually saves my customers money by NOT raising prices so shipping appears to be free or a flat rate.

How are your products made?

I work with print-on-demand service providers. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently. I researched several options and settled on the two providers that I feel offer the best and most consistent quality.

Where do your base products get sourced?

My current service providers are based in America, but they do source products from all over the world. 

I am not happy with my product. How do I return it?

I am so sorry that you are not pleased with your purchase!  Please refer to the Return Policy for details on how to request a return.
